Information collected
The site collects what you type into its forms: the enquiry form (name, work email, company, environment size, service of interest, urgency and your description), the newsletter form (email address), and the self-assessment checklist request (email address and optional company). It also records the page a form was submitted from and the browser's user-agent string, which are used to diagnose delivery problems.
What is not collected
The self-assessment score is calculated in your browser and is neither stored nor transmitted. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookie of its own; the only cookie it can set is the sign-in cookie for the private administration area, which a visitor never receives.
How it is used
Enquiry data is used to respond, qualify the requested service and arrange an engagement. Newsletter data is used only for the requested updates. Checklist requests are used to send the document and, where you asked for it, to add you to the notes list. Nothing is sold, and no list is shared.
Incident routing
Selecting "active incident" routes the enquiry to a separate address from routine enquiries, and the address used is recorded against the enquiry. This is an operational routing decision, not a change in how the data is handled.
Sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, private keys, certificate databases or assessment evidence through a website form. Secure evidence-transfer arrangements are agreed separately for an engagement, and evidence collected during an engagement is governed by that agreement rather than by this notice.
Analytics
The site records first-party counts of the actions that matter to the business — CTA clicks, form submissions by urgency, checklist downloads. Those records contain no identifier, no address and no cookie. Where a third-party analytics product is configured, it is named here before it is enabled.
Retention and processors
Enquiry and capture records are retained for as long as the commercial relationship or enquiry requires. Final retention periods, form processors, scheduling providers, analytics tools and marketing systems are listed here once selected and configured.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted, and you may unsubscribe from the notes list at any time. Production contact details for those requests are inserted before launch.
